- Texas Beef Council, the marketing arm of the beef industry in Texas, is seeking a Beef Promotions Intern to work full time for one semester. The primary function of the intern will be to assist the TBC Event & Logistics Manager in: ● Preparing and setting up for events ● Purchasing supplies and perishables when needed ● Addressing questions and concerns from consumers and cattle producers ● Special projects as needed ● Opportunity to gain experience in a program area of interest Internship compensation includes $12 an hour plus travel expenses and a $600 per month housing allowance. Candidate must also possess a valid driver’s license and be acceptable under the company’s insurance policy in order to drive company vehicles.
